velvet: a great techno classic gets the full c series overhaul. bang up to date and a perfect floor filling package. tribal percussion rattles along with a speaker throbbing bassline which drops seamlessly into that well known synth from the original. the main lead is then tinkered, wrapped around, and flipped to breathe new life and give us a new shade of velvet. intergalactic:doesnt need much of an introduction, the title pretty much gives it away. the beastie boys go techno! another dance floor smash and grab here beastie style. vocals used effectively.. not too much not too little but with the fused with the rest of the track it brings out so much energy, the percussion, the toms in the background, the stabs throughout the track makes everyone in the room jump!

the next animasola ep is on the line with promising new names and hardtechno at its best.a1 doen by sepromatiq who showed his talent before and golpe a newcomer from czech - nice ravi melo break and powerfull beats. a2 destroyer is giving us serious fun with this hard hitting tool, perfect to mix and it pounds everything away b1 clean hitting hardtechno tool. some new ideas coming from tiltihammer who has done an innovative original hardtechno piece b2 robert fabian is showing as that hardtechno beats and asian melodies come along very good - nice original sounding piece of art.

like his taste of music marcel knopf is stylistically diversified when it comes to the selection of remixers for his debut album. gregor tresher, luna city express and jeff samuel are definitely away on different fields.
